Das Bauernhaus liegt auf einem über 200 Hektar großen Bio-Bauernhof. Eine unberührte und zugleich gastfreundliche Natur, die die typische Architektur des Bauernhauses widerspiegelt: ein wunderschönes Bauernhaus aus Stein, das fachmännisch restauriert wurde und perfekt in Harmonie mit seiner Umgebung steht und seinen Gästen einen erholsamen und komfortablen Aufenthalt bieten kann.

Die geografische Lage macht es zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für Naturausflüge oder Besuche von Orten und Städten von historischem und kulturellem Interesse wie Orvieto , Todi, Assisi , Civita di Bagnoregio, Bolsena, San Casciano dei Bagni und das gesamte Unterland Toskana.

Das Bauernhaus verfügt über 3 komfortable Apartments , die alle mit einem Kamin im Wohnzimmer, eigenem Bad, Sat-TV, unabhängiger Heizung und unabhängigem Eingang sowie jeglichem Komfort und Zubehör für den sofortigen Gebrauch (Reinigungsmittel, Bügeleisen, Haartrockner usw.) ausgestattet sind. Die Apartments werden bereits mit den Grundbedürfnissen (Kaffee, Zucker, Kräutertees, Tee usw.) ausgestattet geliefert und auf Anfrage ist es möglich, kostenlos ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Draußen, im Grünbereich des Anwesens, gibt es einen herrlichen Panoramapool (7 x 14 m), der mit Hydromassage ausgestattet ist , sowie einen Grillplatz und einen für den Parkplatz. Es gibt auch einen abgeschiedenen Bereich für Kinder mit einem Spielplatz , einer Kegelbahn, Tischtennis und Tischfußball. Für angenehme Ausflüge in die freie Natur und auf den zahlreichen möglichen Routen und Routen stehen kostenlos Mountainbikes zur Verfügung.
